Christopher is an award-winning actor and screenwriter with seven feature scripts and several shorts to his name. He crosses easily between genres and has so far written features ranging from high concept action sci-fi and historical fantasy to quirky off-beat comedies. He played Arathorn in Kate’s previous feature Born of Hope as well as contributing to the script, and shares her passion for the fantasy genre. Michelle is the director of Pivotal – The Cambridge Festival of Change, which produces events to encourage positive environmental change. She has also produced or co-produced many short films as well as the latest feature by Sundance Award Winner Gary Walkow (premiered at Slamdance 2015), a 10 part radio series and theatrical plays and programmes. She was a founding member of Cambridge script reading forum WRiTEON and is a member of the board for the Cambridge Literary Festival. Neil has worked in the USA, Europe and Japan, photographing several features including the 17th century supernatural thriller Heretiks (Michael Ironside, Hannah Arterton). He has also lensed countless short films and the award-winning web series The First Musketeer. In 2015 he participated in the Bafta Crew programme. Ronin has directed fights for over 350 productions including film, TV, musicals, opera, motion capture and numerous theatre shows in the UK and overseas. Credits include multi award winning series Total War by SEGA, Kicking Off (Best UK Film 2015 – Raindance), Olive Green (Best Adventure & Action Film 2015 – US International Film & Video Festival), The First Musketeer (Best UK Web Series 2015 – UK Web Fest), Chronicles of Syntax (Outstanding Series in Science Fiction/Fantasy and nomination for Best Action Scene 2014 – LA Web Fest), and Usagi Yojimbo at Southwark Playhouse (nominated for Best Choreography 2014 – Off West End awards). While studying at LIPA (Liverpool Institute for the Performing Arts) Miriam’s experience ranged from Costume Design for New Writing and Experimental Theatre to Styling Couture Fashion shoots. She has been privileged to work alongside prestigious designers at the Royal Opera House, with work experience in First Stage costume supervision and has assisted an up and coming Costume Designer in a youth production of Alice In Wonderland. She prides herself on attention to detail and depth of research. Head Scenic Artist/Set Dresser
Amanda is a multi-skilled artist and production designer, with a background in theatre and costume design and construction, though pulled to the dark side of independent film. She was a tailor way back when, specialising in corsetry and working with historical costume museums, but in the years since has produced sets, props, and scenic artistry for theatre, film, TV, and unique events. Hans is a fan of fantasy and has an interest in history and just about everything else. Although an engineer and scientist by trade, a lifetime of building models and 25 years of reenactment has resulted in a wide range of skills in the fields of modeling, painting, costuming and crafts. He is also an experienced fighter, archer and rider and has been accused of living in the wrong age.
James has a wealth of experience in a large range of crafts working with wood, leather, resins and many other materials. During his B.A, (hons) in Design Crafts he learned about the design process, working on personalized jewellery items, foams, ceramics, wood, leather and the processes of blacksmithing. James draws inspiration from the worlds of fantasy and the romantic view we have of the warrior classes from civilizations past. Associate Casting Director
Harriet Sams is a writer and director from the UK, most recently completing a new mini-series based on The Three Musketeers by Alexandre Dumas, called The First Musketeer, which received seven nominations in the 2015 International Online Web Festival. Harriet originally fell into casting after she was asked to help on a friend’s short film, and ever since has offered her assistance for projects in need of a good leading cast.
PR Manager Europe
Dunja is an experienced PR officer with a PhD in economics, but she has also spent about 20 years working as staff at medieval jousting stunt shows, TV productions and as a scriptor for German TV series.
